Scope of legislation

This ESSENTIAL describes the legal obligations for downstream users and manufacturers of articles and the regulatory requirements for substances of very high concern in articles in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). NOTE: Northern Ireland regulations are not covered by this CRF.'
