Scope of this ESSENTIAL

There are no federal restrictions of hazardous substances compatible with the EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU for electrical and electronical equipment in the United States of America. But there are several US States which have regulations modeled after the EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU. This ESSENTIAL gives an overview to the restrictions of certain substances on a federal level.'
