Scope of this ESSENTIAL

This ESSENTIAL describes the regulatory requirements for radio equipment (including combined equipment and radio modules) as defined in Article 4 no. g and the legal obligations for manufacturers. The ESSENTIAL is based on the adoption of the EU Radio Equipment Directive. '
