Article 22 – (1) This Regulation has been prepared in accordance with the legislation of the European Union, taking into account the Regulation of the European Parliament and council on Food Contact Articles and Materials EC 1935/2004 (27/10/2004)

ARTICLE 5 – (1) This Communiqué, dated 14/1/2011 and numbered (EU) 10/2011, Plastic Substances in Contact with Food and
Commission Regulation on Materials and Food Contact with Foodstuffs (EEC) No. 85/572 of 19/12/1985 - Concerning the List of Food Simulants Used in the Migration Test of Components of Plastic Substances and Materials.
It has been prepared within the framework of harmonization with the European Union legislation, taking into account the Council Directive.
The Annex contains the following lists:
- food simulants
- food simulants to be used to determine the suitability of plastic materials
- general rules for simulants
- migration tests

LAW ON VETERINARY SERVICES, PLANT HEALTH, FOOD AND FEED
Scope
ARTICLE 2 - (1) This Law shall apply to all stages of production, processing and distribution of food, materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs and feed, controls of residues of plant protection products and veterinary medicinal products and other residues and contaminants, control of epidemic or contagious animal diseases and harmful organisms in plants and plant products, welfare of farm and experimental animals and pet animals, zootechnics, veterinary health and plant protection products, veterinary and plant health services, entry and exit procedures of live animals and products to country as well as related official controls and sanctions.
