(TR) Article 2) Scope/Field This technical regulation applies to electrical equipment, in accordance with the relevant definitions and terms contained in Article (1) and the standard specifications contained in Appendix (1). Note: Where the term “electrical equipment” is used, it includes electrical appliances and fixed installations.
(TR) Art.1 - Terms and Definitions - Electrical Equipment: means fixed devices or installations - Apparatus: Any completed device or device, or combination thereof, intended for use and offered on the market as a single unit, that causes electromagnetic interference, or whose performance can be affected by such interference. It includes the following subcomponents and moving assemblies - Subcomponents or assemblies that the end user assembles within the device, which can cause electromagnetic interference, or the performance of the device can be affected by electromagnetic interference due to these components - Mobile installations: that include a group of devices that can be moved to operate in a number of different locations - Fixed installation: It is a specific group of different devices and tools that are permanently assembled and installed in a pre-determined location, so that they are able to work and be used in the same location'
