Scope of legislation

This Essential provides an overview of the machinery safety requirements in Korea, which are governed by the Occupational Safety and Health Act. It outlines the specific requirements that must be met by the following machinery used in the workplace. There are two groups the korean KC Mark, for which there are also different procedures for certification: Safety Certification and the Declaration of Conformity (DoC).'
