This ESSENTIAL describes the BIS-Scheme II, CRS (Compulsory Registration Scheme) for electronic, electrical products. Devices for household, lightning and ITE are included. Requirements for electrical and electronical products under different BSI-Schemes (Scheme I ISI, Scheme X) will be described in other ESSENTIALS. '
