Scope of legislation

NETWORK Article 3(3), point (d) shall apply to any radio equipment that can communicate itself over the internet, whether it communicates directly or via any other equipment (‘internet-connected radio equipment’). Requirement: Radio equipment shall be so constructed that it does not harm the network or its functioning nor misuse network resources, thereby causing an unacceptable degradation of service.'
