Scope of legislation

This ESSENTIAL describes the legal obligations for manufacturers and the regulatory energy efficiency requirements for energy-consuming equipment as specified in the technical regulation. Appendix No. 1 The regulations apply to energy consuming appliances such as: Refrigerating appliances, N 2 Electric asynchronous motors, N 3 Televisions, N 4 Electrical household and office appliances in standby mode and when switched off, N 5 Household washing machines, N 6 Household dishwashers, N 7 TV Set-top boxes (auxiliary devices), N 8 Electric lamps, N 9 External power supplies, N 10 Circulating pumps, N 11 Electric fans, N 12 Fluorescent lamps without integrated ballasts, high-intensity discharge lamps, ballasts and luminaires for such lamps, N 13 Directional lamps, LED lamps and related equipment, N 14 Drum drying machines, N 15 Vacuum cleaners, N 16 Computers and servers, N 17 Water pumps, N 18 Air conditioners and indoor fans, N 19'
