Article 246: The establishment and its branches are required to provide occupational safety and health measures and ensure a safe work environment in the workplace, in accordance with exposure standards and threshold limits, to prevent physical hazards resulting from the following:
- Thermal and cold stress.
- Noise and vibrations.
- Intensity of lighting.
- Harmful and hazardous radiation (ionizing - non-ionizing).
- Changes in atmospheric pressure.
- Explosion hazards.
