Scope of legislation

[China RoHS] Article 3: A. Electrical and electronic products, that are dependent on currents or electromagnetic fields to work or to generate, transmit and measure currents and fields for the purpose of DC rated working voltage up to 1500 volts, less than 1000 volts alternating current equipment and related products. The [Conformity assessment] prescribes the Implementation Measures. These Implementation Measures must only be used for the following 12 products [Management Catalogue and exemptions]: First batch of 12 products: - Refrigerators (up to 800 l) - Air conditioning systems (<= 14,000 W) - Washing machines (<= 10 kg dry clothes) - electric water heaters - Printer (<= A3, <=60 pages/minute) - Copier (<= A3, <=60 pages/minute) - Fax machines - Television - Monitors - Microcomputer - Mobile communication devices - Telephones '
