Approves the new wording of Regulatory Standard No. 13 - Boilers, Pressure Vessels, Pipes and Metallic Storage Tanks. This Technical Quality Regulation establishes the mandatory requirements for serial production boilers and pressure vessels, to be met by the entire supply chain of the product in the national market. - Technical and Construction Requirements are listed in Chaper 5 (REQUIREMENTS)
