Single paragraph. The manufacture, import, sale, rental and use of machines and equipment that do not comply with the provisions of this article is prohibited. Art.185 Repairs, cleaning and adjustments can only be carried out with the machines stopped, unless the movement is indispensable to carry out the adjustment. Art.186 The Ministry of Labor will establish additional rules on protection and safety measures in the operation of machinery and equipment, especially regarding the protection of moving parts, distance between them, access routes to large machines and equipment, use of tools, their suitability and protective measures required when motorized or electric.
